Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity now exists to join our team as a Digital Executive within our Sales & Account Management department. You will be comfortable with cold outreach, persuasive communication and presenting ideas clearly across multiple formats, including video. You will be passionate about managing client relationships from initial contact through to ongoing delivery and retention. Key Responsibilities include: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through cold outreach across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, video outreach, etc.) Record personalised outreach videos and client-facing videos as part of the sales and account management process Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage early-stage sales conversations Produce clear, structured project proposals and scopes of work aligned to client needs Set clear client expectations around deliverables, timelines and processes Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact to support retention and long-term growth Manage a portfolio of sales-led client accounts, supporting them from onboarding through to delivery Liaise closely with Client Services, Digital Strategy and Web teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project delivery Assist in the ongoing management of client projects, ensuring client satisfaction throughout Maintain accurate records of sales activity, communications and projects within internal systems Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive business development Confident communicator across phone, email, video and written formats Willingness to record videos for outreach and client communication Passion for excellent customer service Passion for digital and/or marketing Excellent communication skills Strong time management skills Benefits 33 days’ annual leave (pro-rata) Additional day’s annual leave for each year of service (uncapped) Hybrid role Staff development Regular team events and activities To Apply: Complete this application process Please note that applications will be shortlisted as they arrive and these vacancies will only remain open until such times as all successful candidates are appointed.
