Please note: This role is Full Time 37.5hrs per week.
In your role as a Home Administrator at HC-One, you'll have one quality that truly sets you apart from your peers: unparalleled kindness. Kindness will guide every aspect of your work in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care home. Everyone who works here understands that our Residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. By joining HC-One you'll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.
Responsibilities
As a Home Administrator you will manage administrative systems and processes to perfection to help our Home Manager effectively run services. You will maintain impeccable financial records, prepare reports, administer the Time & Attendance system, process payroll and manage HR information, all while keeping Resident wellbeing in mind above all else.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You will be able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, know what to do if concerns arise, attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role, seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
Qualifications
HC-One are looking for someone with an IT and Administration qualification such as ECDL, plus admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office. You should have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent time‑management and organisational abilities, and a positive, natural ability to get along with people. Demonstrated kindness in communication with Residents or co‑workers is essential.
