Plumber Role – Cambridge
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to work on a 12-month contract in Cambridge turning single occupancy properties into multiple occupancy.
Plumber Duties
Converting single-occupancy properties into multi-occupancy
First and second fix plumbing works
Installation and alteration of pipework
Working to drawings and specifications
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
Plumber Requirements
Proven experience in domestic plumbing
Experience working on multi-occupancy / conversion projects
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Plumber Pay & Hours
£25 per hour
8.5 hours per day
12-month contract
