Overview
JACK & JONES, the brand known for great denim, effortless style and good vibes, is opening a brand‑new store in Bluewater in July 2026 and we’re looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead the journey from day one.
Key Responsibilities
New Store opening & Set‑up
* Help and support with all aspects of the store opening, including recruitment, onboarding, and training of the team
* Support with store set‑up, visual merchandising and floor layout implementation
* Embed brand culture, standards and expectations from the outset
* As part of a new store opening, this role requires a high level of commitment and ownership.
* The Store Manager will play a key role during the set‑up phase and should be flexible to work extended hours where needed to deliver a successful opening.
Commercial Leadership
* Drive sales performance and operational excellence, achieving and surpassing ambitious store targets
* Analyse reports and take fast, effective action to improve trade
* Maximise sales through strong product placement, outfit building and team focus
* Understand Bluewater’s customer profiles to help make commercial decisions
* Take ownership of store operations, processes and compliance, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Team Leadership & Culture
* Build, lead and inspire your retail team, creating a positive, inclusive and empowering store culture
* Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and structured training, actively addressing any performance concerns
* Lead by example on the shop floor and bring energy, motivation and focus to the team
Customer Experience
* Create a best‑in‑class customer experience that reflects the JACK & JONES brand
Qualifications
* Thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment
* Experience in high‑volume or flagship retail environment
* Strong track record of delivering results and leading large teams
* Motivational leader who can inspire their team to deliver results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Takes ownership and is commercially driven with a strong focus on KPIs
* Passion for the JACK & JONES brand and product
* Embraces collaboration and teamwork
