Instant Impact Group are looking for an operative to look after 2 retail units close to each other.
This role consists of litter picking, grass cutting, shrub trimming, weeding, kerb sweeping and generally keeping the site clean, safe and tidy.
We are looking for people who can show initiative and push the site standards forward, showing the ability to be creative.
You will be required to have a basic understanding of grounds maintenance, mobile phones and a driving licence.
Onsite tools etc will be supplied.
What We're Looking For:
Someone with experience and has a background in grounds maintenance ready to take that next step.
* A valid UK Driving Licence and use of your own vehicle.
* Confident using a full range of grounds maintenance machinery (zero-turn mowers, hedge cutter, etc.).
* Reliable, professional, and committed.
Please note this role is predominantly working on your own, so must be self motivated and demand the best from yourself.
Salary:
* Highest hourly rate pay in the central belt for this type of role.
* Overtime opportunities are plentiful and ongoing.
* Hours:
* 35 hours per week minimum which is spread over Monday to Sunday (weekends are essential)
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services and litter picking across our retail parks
* Grass cutting and strimming
* Litterpicking
* Hedge Cutting
* Weeding
* Spraying
* Raising issues from your sites to management, reporting pot holes, waste or damage to site.
* Ensuring work is completed to company standards.
