About the role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage a Sales recruitment desk covering postcodes from Berkshire through to Wales, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions. This role has arisen due to an internal relocation, meaning you'll inherit existing client accounts and candidate pipelines, while also collaborating closely with our temporaries team to share leads and maximise opportunities. You'll be joining a successful, established team of recruiters, where knowledge‑sharing, collaboration and performance are genuinely valued.
