Carpenter Multi Trade Required – North Cornwall – Voids
Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in North Cornwall to work on reactive void social housing maintenance. You will be doing all aspects of maintenance work with a main focus on Carpentry.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £36-38,000 per annum plus a van and fuel card.
Carpenter Multi Trade Day to Day:
1. Various maintenance work on void domestic properties
2. Mainly Carpentry work but including other trades too when required
3. Working alongside other trades
4. Reporting to the supervisor on progress
5. Travelling to different sites in North Cornwall in the work van
Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:
6. Good carpentry experience
7. Previous experience working within social housing
8. NVQ in Carpentry Level 2 or above
9. Good attitude
10. Honest and reliable
11. Full UK driving license
12. DBS will be required
