Technical Manager The Role As Technical Manager, you will take the lead in managing and coordinating all aspects of the pre-development process. This includes overseeing architectural and engineering activities, driving efficient technical solutions, and supporting projects from land acquisition through to pre-construction. You’ll play a key role in ensuring developments are fully prepared for a seamless transition to the build phase, while also providing ongoing technical support on-site. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help deliver high-quality, commercially successful projects.
