About The Role
You will identify and appraise suitable development land, negotiating terms of contract for the acquisition of suitable sites, determine appropriate and efficient development of contracted property, as well as purifying contracts on agreed terms and timescales. You will monitor, assess and comment on the planning process and manage appeals against refusals of planning permissions. You will manage the promotion of development on contracted/acquired land through the development plan process while monitoring all contractual obligations. Additionally, you will need to monitor and research competitors land and prepare and review reports as appropriate. You will maintain and expand your network and support the Land Director with more complex land deals.
