This is a senior leadership role overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the Authority's Highways function, ensuring best practice, innovation, and value for money across the network. You will provide visible leadership to a large multi-disciplinary service and act as the strategic advisor to senior officers and elected members on all highways policy, legislation, and statutory requirements.
