About the Role
Continental Bitumen UK, part of the Colas Group and based in Avonmouth, is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor to support the business. In this role, you will manage daily customer service operations, facilitate customer deliveries and collections. The position is based at Avonmouth docks; proximity or own transport is required.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer orders and sales administration.
* Support haulage planning, manage customer collections, and coordinate purchases from third-party bitumen facilities.
* Raise customer invoices and resolve invoice queries.
You will ensure customer satisfaction and smooth logistics. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and safety awareness are essential. Join us to provide excellent customer support and efficient logistics.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer-focused administrative role, proficiency with Word and Excel, good communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability are required.
We seek team players willing to learn, with strong written and oral communication skills.
