We deliver over 500 international events annually, bringing together buyers and sellers in dynamic, high-value environments. Within our Aviation portfolio, Routes is a world‑leading series of global route development events, connecting airlines, airports and destinations through powerful face‑to‑face experiences.
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Events to take ownership of the global Routes event portfolio.
This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for delivering complex international events from concept to execution, while shaping strategy, driving growth, and leading a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of a global portfolio of events
* Oversee exhibition build, meetings programmes, logistics, travel and customer experience
* Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality, large‑scale events (1,000–3,000+ attendees)
* Contribute to portfolio strategy and long‑term growth plans
* Identify opportunities for revenue growth, product innovation and improved customer experience
* Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to maximise event performance
* Oversee event budgets, cost management and operational profitability
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of event professionals (including Event, Travel and Host Managers)
