IAM Specialist, London/Hybrid, 10 weeks, £700 - £800/day (Inside IR35 My client, a leading digital consultancy are currently looking for an IAM Specialist to extend the existing Role Management Framework (RMF) by defining and documenting BAU requirements and the transition strategy to roles. This role is working for one of their banking end clients and will initially run for 10 weeks. Purpose Extend the existing Role Management Framework (RMF) by defining and documenting BAU requirements and the transition strategy to roles. Key responsibilities Specify BAU events (pre-reqs, actors/RACI, process/org impacts): Org./position/role changes, new app onboarding, app decommissioning, policy/reg updates, cloud migrations. Define the operating cadence and handoffs for regular vendor-run role-mining iterations/campaigns (inputs, decision points, approvals, impacts). Lead alignment workshops with implementation partner(s) to prioritise BAU/RMF requirements for tooling/process implementation. Define and document a transition strategy from entitlements to roles, capture required policy updates. Must-have Stakeholder management, IAM/security & role governance, process/operating model design, change management, outcome-oriented delivery Nice-to-have Banking experience, familiarity with SailPoint concepts (mining/consumption/interface side)
