Joining at the beginning of a new and exciting global contract, you will be an integral part of a broader, highly committed support team, working directly onsite to provide dedicated support services for a global risk‑management and financial services organization.
As a more senior member of the team, you will provide support for the more complex issues and act as the go‑to person for others, applying your broad technical and customer skills in a variety of situations.
You will be fully supported by your Service Delivery Manager and by your colleagues in every aspect of your work with the client.
You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically, and principally, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the user’s face – a job well done.
Your role is varied and will typically include the following:
 * Participation in the On‑Call Support
 * Break/Fix activities
 * IMACD
 * IT Asset Management
