We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Northolt on a full-time, long-term basis from January 2026. This role is ideal for a committed practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their development.
About the role
As an EYFS Practitioner, you will support teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage, working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team. You will help deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework, support children’s development across all areas of learning, and contribute to a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the planning and delivery of EYFS learning activities
Creating a safe, stimulating, and welcoming classroom environment
Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress
Supporting children’s personal, social, emotional, and language development
Working effectively as part of the EYFS and wider school team
Following safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times

Requirements
To be considered for the role of EYFS Practitioner you will:
A recognised Level 3 Early Years / EYFS qualification (required)
Experience working within EYFS, ideally in a primary school setting
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
Commitment to a full-time, long-term role starting January 2026
