About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced External Sales person to join our growing team. This is a role focused on developing new business and managing existing customer relationships within the lifting equipment industry.
The successful candidate will ideally have a strong technical understanding of lifting equipment. Experience with powered lifting equipment is highly desirable, although not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
· Identify sales opportunities and promote a range of lifting equipment solutions
· Provide technical advice and support to customers, ensuring correct product selection
· Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
· Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
· Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing and production
· Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and product developments
About You
· Proven experience in external or field-based sales within the lifting equipment industry
· Experience with powered lifting equipment is preferred but not essential
· Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own territory
· Full UK driving licence
