Litigation Paralegal
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
This is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic paralegal to join an internationally recognised firm to develop your technical skills within an industry-leading litigation practice.
About the Role
You will be managing your own defendant caseload of MOJ and OIC Portal RTA Claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation including:
* Drafting key documentation
* Liaising directly with clients, claimants and third parties
* Negotiate on quantum and liability issues
You will also support more senior members of the team getting hands on with more complex litigation when required.

About You
As well as being enthusiastic and dedicated to progressing your legal career, you will also have:
* Prior claims handling or litigation experience
* Familiarity with MOJ and OIC Portal Claims
