We are currently seeking an experienced CQS accredited lawyer to manage residential property transactions, providing expert legal advice and ensuring a smooth conveyancing process. This is a permanent full-time position, and the candidate must work Monday to Friday 09:00am to 05:00pm. Main responsibilities: Manage a caseload of property transactions from inception to completion. You will be required to conduct legal research where appropriate, prepare contracts, handle negotiations, and provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth conveyancing process. Keep abreast of changes in property law and regulations. Oversee residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Skills and Attributes: Qualified lawyer with experience in conveyancing. Good Client Care Skills Proficient knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures Exceptional attention to detail, IT literate, strong organisational skills with the ability to solve problems and work under pressure, sometimes to tight timeframes. Autonomy to manage own caseload and act with initiative
