Executive Assistant (Operations)
Reporting to the Executive Director (Operations), the Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leaders across the Operations directorate. The role ensures the smooth and effective running of the directorate through diary management, coordination, communication, and support with governance and departmental processes, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Diary management and calendar coordination for senior leaders.
* Coordination of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation and minute taking.
* Communication facilitation, ensuring timely information flow within the directorate.
* Support with governance and departmental processes, such as policy documentation and compliance.
* Managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Required qualifications and skills:
