About the Role To support continued growth, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead CNS Medias Paid Media function strategically and commercially. Reporting to the Digital Commercial Director, youll be responsible for driving client success, team development, and departmental profitability. Youll oversee a team of paid media specialists delivering results across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, TikTok and more, leading with strategy, insight, and innovation. This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can balance leadership, strategic direction, and commercial awareness ensuring our Paid Media offering continues to set the industry standard. Highlights of the Role Lead and develop the Paid Media team, providing coaching, 1:1s, appraisals, and clear progression pathways. Own the paid media strategy across Google, Meta, Bing, Tiktok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Translate client business goals into actionable, data-led media strategies. Monitor profitability, utilisation, and efficiency across all paid accounts. Support new business pitches and upselling opportunities. Establish and uphold best practice processes for campaign builds, optimisation, and reporting. Drive continuous innovation through testing new platforms, betas, and partnerships. Consistently strong campaign performance aligned with client KPIs and business objectives. Exceptional communication with clients and internal stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations confidently. Clear commercial visibility across accounts, ensuring balance between results and profitability. A forward-thinking approach to Paid Media innovation and agency growth. The Ideal Candidate Will Have 5 years experience in Paid Media, with proven team leadership experience. Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Excellent understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, YouTube, TikTok, and performance marketing trends. Demonstrable success managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset. Experience in an agency environment is highly desirable.
