Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Côte. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating flavorful, seasonally inspired dishes that showcase modern French cuisine, and a strong leadership ability to inspire and manage a team of chefs.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards, managing staff, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and enjoyable working environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to optimize team performance and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a busy restaurant environment.
* Strong knowledge of French cuisine and contemporary culinary trends.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* EU work permit required.
