We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead CNC Machinist (Turning) to join a well-established engineering environment based in Woking, GU23 .
This is a full-time, permanent, days-based role, ideal for someone looking for stability and progression within precision manufacturing.
Job duties include:
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning and mill-turn machines
* Supporting day-to-day production to meet quality and delivery targets
* Providing technical guidance and support to other machinists
* Proving programs and resolving machining or process-related issues
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Contributing to continuous improvement in machining methods and efficiency

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
