Conveyancer
£40,000 base plus OTE
Fully Remote Role
Our client is an innovative national conveyancing firm based in South Wales with a proactive approach to the legal industry. They require a confident property professional to help them continue their successful provision of residential conveyancing.
This role will manage a team with a case load of around 65 files to provide a first-class customer service experience to clients referred to their business by a dedicated group of property professionals.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Experience in Leasehold and Freehold Purchases and Sales.
2. Undertake the role of a Conveyancer with due diligence at all times and ensure that the best interests of the client, any mortgage lender and the company are adequately protected.
3. To deal effectively with clients and Introducers both over the telephone and in written correspondence in order to provide advice and assistance to them in relation to residential property matters in England and Wales.
4. To ensure that you and your team verify client identification in accordance with the company's AML policy and procedure.
5. To make contact with the Branch Manager of each allocated Introducer at least once a month and to disseminate appropriate feedback.
