Responsibilities
* Live and breathe our brand and values and inspire the team
* Drive the development of staff and spot future managers
* Deliver the PERi‑PERi experience to customers in our restaurants and at home
* Ensure the customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels
* Act as an integral part of the restaurant leadership team

* Previous management experience in a hospitality or fast‑paced environment
