We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Widnes and surrounding areas.
The role involves carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Your new role
1. Carry out all aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance including:Repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, baths, and showersLeak detection and rectificationInstallation of sanitary ware
2. Minor joinery (boxing in, door adjustments)
3. Basic tiling and patch plastering
4. Work on both tenanted and void properties
5. Ensure all work ispleted to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
6. Provide a professional and courteous service to tenants
What you'll need to succeed
7. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent experience)
8. Proven experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
9. Multi-skilled background with the ability toplete basic additional trades
10. Full UK Driving Licence
