Salary: £34,000 - 34,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong technical background in a senior support, infrastructure or field engineering role. We need excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking and hybrid cloud technologies. Experience leading projects or supporting colleagues is highly beneficial. Exposure to cloud migration or digital transformation projects is advantageous. Education sector experience is desirable but not essential. We require strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are required. You must be based within a commutable distance of Norwich. Responsibilities: We support the IT Services Manager in delivering IT services across the Trust on a fully on-site basis. We act as the technical lead and escalation point for the wider IT team. We support approximately six to seven primary schools within the Trust. We lead installations, infrastructure improvements and strategic IT projects. We contribute to cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives. We support and mentor two IT Technicians. We work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the Trust. We travel between partner schools as required.
