Were Hiring Residential Support Workers (Childrens Services)
Social Care Recruitment are seeking compassionate, resilient and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people aged 8-17 with learning disabilities and emotional/behavioural needs. We have day shifts, night shifts or a combination of both available whatever works best for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide consistent emotional, practical and behavioural support
* Maintain a safe, nurturing and positive environment
* Promote independence through structured routines and life skills coaching
* Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
* Support individuals with challenging behaviours, trauma and complex needs
* Participate in in-house and community-based activities
* Work collaboratively as part of a committed, child-focused team
* Follow safeguarding principles and Childrens Home Regulations (Ofsted)
