Senior Practitioner
Location: Dundee, with travel around the community
Contract: Fixed Term Contract Until April 2026
Salary: £23,590 to £25,155 per annum pro‑rata
Hours: 35 per week

As a Senior Practitioner, you'll play a key part in delivering high‑quality care and support within a regulated service. Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll ensure service users receive compassionate, person‑centred support while guiding and mentoring staff to grow in their roles. This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating referrals and liaising with hospitals, GP surgeries and community teams.
* Supporting and mentoring staff, students and volunteers to deliver excellent care.
* Conducting risk assessments and welfare checks to ensure safe living environments.
* Managing rotas, responding to out‑of‑hours queries and maintaining service continuity.
Qualifications
* SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and PDA in Supervision (or equivalent).
* Right to work in the UK; we cannot offer sponsorship.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate others.
* Experience in person‑centred planning and multidisciplinary working.
* Confidence in mentoring staff and supporting their ongoing development.
