The Role

We're Making Space – a not-for-profit organisation guided by strong values and a commitment to improving lives. We're looking for a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Swallow Lodge in Lincoln, LN6 8UZ.
You'll work night shifts, supporting adults with learning disabilities, dementia, mental health needs, and other conditions. It's a role where your presence will bring peace of mind and comfort to residents through the quiet hours.
No experience or qualifications? No problem. We'll support you with full training and offer the chance to gain recognised qualifications. What matters most is that your values match ours – empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
