As a Senior Developer, you will lead the delivery of medium-to-large features and projects within your squad while influencing the broader engineering strategy. You will work as a full stack developer, partnering with Product and Design teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and user focused. Your responsibilities include raising technical standards, coaching engineers, and balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver medium features or projects from design through to delivery.
* Mentor developers, providing technical guidance and feedback.
* Drive quality through CI/CD, observability, and test automation.
* Leverage AI to improve quality and developer productivity across the SDLC.
* Anticipate and address technical risks before they become blockers.
Technical Requirements
* Experience: ~5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
* Languages: Full stack experience with a focus on TypeScript.
* Frameworks: Familiarity with React and Spring.
* Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS serverless architecture and K8s.
* Expertise: Distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, and API-first platforms
