What you’ll be doing

Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupils who need a little extra guidance
Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups
Helping pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Bringing energy and creativity into classroom activities
Playing a real part in creating a safe, supportive space where children can thrive

Who we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience, just the right mindset:
A Psychology graduate (or similar field)
Naturally patient, calm, and empathetic
Curious about how children learn and develop
Keen to gain real-world school experience
Any experience with children is a bonus, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
