Founder and Managing Director - QLM Search - Delivering global executive talent solutions
Our client, a high growth food manufacturer that is recruiting a Managing Director UK & I.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for setting strategic objectives and driving business performance across the UK & Ireland.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full responsibility for P&L and delivering strategic goals in line with expectations;
* Creating and developing win-win relationships with key customers;
* Identifying growth opportunities whilst managing risk and aligning strategic goals with operational capability;
* Leading a small but high performing team across all functions to create a collaborative environment and ensure short and long term objectives are met.
To apply, you must be a highly motivated, inspirational commercial business leader with significant experience of leading a Division of a high growth Food manufacturer.
You will have shaped and implemented commercial strategy and developed operational excellence to deliver strategic objectives. You will have a flair for leading and developing people and the drive and communication skills to build a world class business.
