Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Carers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Arriving licence is essential for this role. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve in various settings such as assisted living facilities and private homes.
Duties
* Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Assist with mobility and transfers.
* Administer medication as prescribed and monitor patients for any changes in condition.
* Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
* Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
* Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
* Drive clients to appointments or social activities when required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Care or related fields such as nursing home experience is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
* A valid driving licence is essential for moving between clients homes.
* A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
