What You Will Do
The People Business Partner (PBP) acts as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing strategic and operational People support across the employee life cycle. The PBP partners with leadership teams to develop people strategies that drive business performance, support employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous development, equity and wellbeing.
