Associate Structural Engineer (Building Structures)

Your Role
·Lead the structural design of projects using Eurocodes and British Standards.
·Oversee design delivery using tools such as TEKLA, TEDDS, and ROBOT.
·Carry out structural inspections and condition surveys of existing buildings.
·Produce high-quality technical reports, defect analysis, and feasibility assessments.
·Manage client relationships, project timelines, and resource planning.
·Mentor and support junior engineers, encouraging their professional development.
·Represent the business in meetings, tenders, and design presentations.
What We're Looking For
·Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, ideally with Chartered status (IStructE or ICE).
·Proven experience in delivering building structures projects from concept to completion.
·Strong experience in structural surveys, inspections, and technical report writing.
·Proficiency in structural design software and sound knowledge of engineering principles.
·Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
·A proactive, solution-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality work.
