<p><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>About the Role<br><br>At Zendesk, we believe that great salespeople deserve great enablement. Were looking for a curious, energetic GTM Enablement Associate to join our team and help our go-to-market organisation perform at its best. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves diagnosing the "why" behind performance gaps and gets excited about turning those insights into impactful programmes that stick.<br><br>Youll work closely with sales, revenue operations, and broader enablement stakeholders to design, build, and deliver enablement experiences from start to finish. Youll bring fresh ideas, experiment boldly, and treat every iteration — perfect or not — as a learning opportunity that makes the next programme even better.<br><br>This is an exciting time to join the team as we lean into the ways AI is transforming how we enable our people. We want someone who is genuinely curious about these possibilities and eager to explore how AI tools can make enablement smarter and more effective.<br><br>What Youll Do<br><br><ul><li>Diagnose and design — Identify gaps in sales knowledge, skills, and performance through data, observation, and stakeholder conversations, then develop creative, practical enablement solutions to address them.</li><li>Build end-to-end programmes — Own the full lifecycle of enablement initiatives: from needs analysis and content creation through to launch, delivery, and measurement.</li><li>Facilitate and present — Deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning experiences to GTM audiences with confidence and energy, adapting your style to the room.</li><li>Experiment and iterate — Propose new ideas, pilot them, and use feedback and results to continuously refine your approach. We celebrate what we learn from programmes that didnt go quite to plan just as much as we celebrate the wins.</li><li>Embrace AI — Actively explore how AI tools can enhance content creation, personalisation, and programme delivery, sharing what you learn with the wider team.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally — Partner with sales leadership, revenue operations, product marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure enablement is aligned with business priorities and embedded in the way teams work.</li><li>Measure what matters — Define success metrics for your programmes and track outcomes to demonstrate impact and inform future priorities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience<br><br></strong><strong>What Were Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in a sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM enablement role</li><li>Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enablement programmes from scratch — not just contributing to them</li><li>Familiarity with enablement tools and learning platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or similar)<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Skills & Mindset<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>A natural curiosity and analytical instinct — you enjoy digging into performance data and asking "why?" until you find the real issue</li><li>Creative problem-solver who can connect a business challenge to an enablement solution that people actually want to engage with</li><li>Comfortable presenting to and facilitating sessions with sales audiences of varying seniority levels</li><li>A genuine enthusiasm for AI and a willingness to experiment with how it can improve your work and the outcomes for the people you enable</li><li>Collaborative and proactive — you bring ideas to the table and follow through on them</li><li>Growth mindset — you learn as much from a programme that missed the mark as one that landed perfectly, and you use those lessons to level up<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Nice to Have<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Experience in a SaaS or tech environment</li><li>Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN)</li><li>Experience producing e-learning or digital content alongside instructor-led training<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Youll Get<br><br></strong><ul><li>A supportive team that is invested in your development and your career — we take learning seriously, for ourselves as well as the people we enable</li><li>The opportunity to make a real, visible impact on GTM performance</li><li>Space to experiment, bring your ideas to life, and shape how enablement evolves at Zendesk</li><li>Flexibility to be based in London, Dublin, or Lisbon</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits, plus everything youd expect from a global technology company<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Zendesk<br><br></strong>Zendesk is a service-first CRM company that builds software designed to improve customer relationships.
