Project Engineer – Commissioning
Location: West Kilbride. Contract position, office based.

We’re working with a UK nuclear company responsible for safely decommissioning and restoring former nuclear power and research sites across the UK.
Role
This role is for a Project Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results‑orientated and driven to succeed. You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
* Physical testing on the plant
* Production of maintenance and Plant Operating instructions
* Requirement to raise faults and resolutions and fault observations
* Production of site documentation
* Risk assessments
* Design change process and implementation
Qualifications
* Commissioning background with exposure to testing
* Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, C&I or Civil) in an industrial plant
* Nuclear and/or conventional project engineering experience
* Working knowledge of CDM Design
* Contract management experience
* Project delivery experience
