A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Work closely with the customer (up to UK Logistics Director level) and our DHL operations teams to tackle ongoing service challenges and keep performance on track.
* Maintain accurate, reliable processes to monitor operational service across the entire customer account.
* Bring consistency to reporting, performance reviews, and management information across all customer operations.
* Hold structured monthly sessions with both the customer and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
* Spot opportunities for account development and build a strong pipeline for future growth.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE
* Previous experience in a customer facing or account management role is essential.
* Experience in operations is a real advantage and will help you influence effectively.
* A proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships at all levels.
* Confident, clear communication skills that inspire confidence.
* The ability to present to senior stakeholders and lead discussions with credibility.
