Administrator – Plymouth
Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of our client for a friendly and organised Admnistrator to join their Plymouth office on a permanent basis. This role will provide vital support to the Partners and help the office run smoothly while contributing to its continued growth.
What you’ll do:
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to the local team.
* Manage diaries, meeting rooms, and client hospitality.
* Answer calls, manage emails, and handle daily post and filing.
* Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records.
* Support office events and general office management tasks.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous administration experience or relevant qualifications (BTEC/apprenticeship desirable).
* Friendly, professional, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
* Confident, organised, and able to multitask independently.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
