Administrator – Plymouth Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of our client for a friendly and organised Admnistrator to join their Plymouth office on a permanent basis. This role will provide vital support to the Partners and help the office run smoothly while contributing to its continued growth. What you’ll do: Provide administrative and secretarial support to the local team. Manage diaries, meeting rooms, and client hospitality. Answer calls, manage emails, and handle daily post and filing. Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records. Support office events and general office management tasks.What we’re looking for: Previous administration experience or relevant qualifications (BTEC/apprenticeship desirable). Friendly, professional, and adaptable with a positive attitude. Confident, organised, and able to multitask independently. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Benefits: 36.25 hours/week with flexible working options. 20 days annual leave bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 3 years).
