Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Studies Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5 depending on timetable)
* Inspire students to develop an interest in the world of business, finance, enterprise, and real-world decision-making
* Take full responsibility for planning, preparing, and assessing learning in line with curriculum and exam board requirements
* Contribute to the development of schemes of work and collaborate with colleagues to share best practice
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages ambition, creativity, and critical thinking
* Apply effective behaviour management strategies to support a productive learning environment
* Support students’ progress and personal development, including GCSE and/or BTEC coursework where appropriate

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Business Studies within a UK school setting
* Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for business and enterprise
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the wider school community
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
