<div><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>The post is for candidates interested in a career in clinical psychology or clinical research. The holder will support the Clinical Psychologist/Psychological Therapist in the day‑to‑day delivery of the Sleeping Better intervention for early‑stage psychosis.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the delivery of the Sleeping Better CBT‑based intervention.</li><li>Conduct psychological assessments with participants.</li><li>Assist in day‑to‑day delivery of psychological therapy.</li><li>Collaborate with the trial team to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and follow clinical trial methodology.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interview and assess vulnerable individuals.</li><li>Enthusiasm for research and a high level of motivation and commitment.</li><li>Passion and commitment to psychological approaches for people in early stages of psychosis.</li><li>Interest in cognitive therapy, treatment innovation and clinical trials.</li></ul><h3>Training and Benefits</h3><p>Full training will be provided on the Sleeping Better therapy intervention.</p><h3>Diversity and Inclusion Statement</h3><p>We actively encourage applications from all backgrounds, including people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds, those with disabilities and from the LGBTQ+ community.</p></div>
