Role Overview
The ServiceNow Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role serves as the technical authority across ServiceNow implementations, ensuring best practices, performance, security, and long-term platform sustainability.
The Solutions Architect partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and integration teams to translate requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions while maintaining platform integrity and minimizing technical debt.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architectural design of ServiceNow solutions across one or more modules (eg, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM).
Define solution architecture that aligns with enterprise standards, security policies, and ServiceNow best practices.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams throughout the delivery life cycle.
Own platform governance, including design reviews, customization standards, and upgrade readiness.
Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and event-based integrations.
