As a Front of House team member, you help make every day a little better with dedication to excellent service and an understanding of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
* Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
* Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Café Manager.
* Maintaining food freshness by following first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation.
* Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
* Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
* Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
* Clearing and sanitising tables so our café stays clean.
* Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
* Staying up-to-date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
* Knowing our café’s menu inside out and ensuring food is served as intended.
* Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
* A commitment to excellent customer service.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
* The ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean environment.

* Comfortable working in a team.

* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
