Customer Service Administrator

ENB are working with a logistics company based in Dartford who are recruiting for Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
This role would be ideal for somebody who enjoys a blend of both administration and customer service responsibilities, with the role leaning heavily towards administrative work you will be responsible for administering the operations in line with client demand and business operating procedures.
Some highlights of the day to day responsibilities include:
* Administering the use of company internal systems and spreadsheets
* Proactively calling the clients with updates or issues
* Perform some outbound customer service activity
* To liaise with other branches to ensure good communication and clarity
* Produce reports where necessary for the clients and internal teams
* Facilitate final checks using internal systems
* Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure service level agreements are being met and maintained
What experience are they looking for?
* Proven experience delivering customer services within a logistics/warehousing/distribution environment
* Strong communication skills and a proactive working attitude
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* Strong IT literacy particularly with the use of Microsoft Office applications
