Administrator – Central Southampton – Package subject to experience
At MAG-7 we provide quantity surveying and commercial management services.
We are currently recruiting for an administrator to join our team based in Central Southampton. The primary role is company administration as well as supporting our delivery team.

The person:
We would welcome candidates who have a minimum of two years' experience working as an administrator or assistant role.
Training will be provided as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee some company policies and procedures.
* Carry out general administration and secretarial duties in support of business.
* Answer telephone and manage any enquiry's, queries and requests.
* Support delivery team
* General usage of Microsoft office suite including word, excel, outlook and power point.
Person Specification:
* Minimum of two years' experience as an administrator or assistant role.
* Strong communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
* Dress code, smart business.
Salary:
* Dependent on experience
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Monday-Friday 9am to 5:00pm with half an hour lunch [37.5hrs]
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£33,000.00 per year
