About the Role
The successful candidate will:
* Lead and develop the mathematics and numeracy curriculum across the service
* Support and inspire students with behavioural and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
* Contribute to the strategic vision and continuous improvement of the provision
* Motivate learners to achieve positive and meaningful outcomes
* Promote high standards of achievement, confidence, and self-esteem among students
About You
You will:
* Be a dynamic and enthusiastic educator with strong leadership skills
* Have experience working with students with additional needs, particularly SEMH
* Demonstrate resilience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education
* Be passionate about raising attainment and supporting disengaged learners
