Are you a 1st Class Psychology Graduate with a passion for supporting young people and a strong interest in behaviour and mental health? Hasmonean High School for Boys is seeking a motivated and emotionally intelligent Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral and SEN support team this September.


This is an outstanding opportunity for a 1st Class Psychology Graduate to gain hands-on experience in a high-achieving secondary school, supporting students aged 1318 with behavioural, emotional, and social needs. Working alongside the SENCO and pastoral staff, you will play a key role in mentoring students, improving behaviour, and promoting positive mental health.


Key responsibilities for a 1st Class Psychology Graduate Behaviour Mentor:

1. Provide 1:1 mentoring and targeted support for students with behavioural challenges

2. Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting emotional regulation

3. Support students in developing focus, resilience and self-confidence
