My client one of the North East’s most exciting businesses based in Billingham require a Customer Service Administrator for their transport department.
JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator
LOCATION: Billingham
SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000
SHIFT/WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 07:30am – 16:00pm
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing administration support to the transport department
* Dealing with drivers and other internal colleagues as well as the end users of the products being delivered and a timely fashion
* Operating the company’s IT systems as well as using word, excel and outlook
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous administration and customer service experience is essential
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Good IT skills such as excel and word
