Job Title: QTS Teacher
Location: Christchurch, Dorset
Salary: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Commencement: Immediate or September 2025
Contract: Full-Time

As a QTS Teacher in Christchurch, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to young learners, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with colleagues to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or equivalent.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
* Experience in primary education is advantageous but not mandatory.

* An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one.
