About Our Client

Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:-
3. Ensuring all relevant paperwork has been received
4. Ensuring SOR's are loaded correctly and the correct ones used
5. Running weekly invoicing reports and making sure all paperwork has been submitted to ensure invoicing is up to date for month end and meeting relevant deadlines
6. Planning daily works for the electricians (diary management)
7. Confirming appointments with residents on a daily basis
The Successful Applicant
Excellent communication skills at all levels (both written and verbal)Previous experience in a customer service/admin role preferredExceptional customer service skills
